U.S. To Offer Suspicious Activity Report Training Nationwide (thecrimereport.org)

In furtherance of the “suspicious activity reports” program, the Justice Department has decided to train all 72 fusion centers on how the common behaviors of unsuspecting American citizens can be collected into electronic dossiers as pre-terrorist activity. Per usual, details remain confidential.
