N.J. ACLU Suing FBI, Justice Department Over Data Collection (northjersey.com)

ACLU-NJ is suing the FBI and the Department of Justice to for improperly withholding information related to a Freedom of Information Act request concerning racial and ethnic mapping that that the FBI uses “to conduct criminal or terrorist assessments and investigations”.
