MTA warned: Let photographers shoot (baltimoresun.com)
The Maryland Transit Authority (MTA) police detained an amateur photographer for videotaping at a Baltimore train station. Photography and videography of public places is protected by the First Amendment. The ACLU of Maryland has issued a warning to the MTA that it will sue unless a series of conditions to protect First Amendment rights are met by September 1.
