Battle Brews Over FBI’s Warrantless GPS Tracking (wired.com)

The FBI’s practice of attaching GPS units to peoples’ automobiles without a warrants in order to track their movement is raising significant privacy concerns. With the courts in conflict regarding the legality of this warrantless surveillance, the issue may be argued before the Supreme Court.
