Another Resident Detained by Police for Taking Pictures (www.lbpost.com)

Long Beach police have wrongfully detained a 2nd individual in a month for photography. The detentions call into question the efficacy of LAPD Special Order No. 11, which lists presumptively suspicious activities that officers are encouraged to further investigate, and includes photography as one of those activities despite the fact that it is a First Amendment protected activity.
