Amtrak's Newly Published Photo Guidelines Developed With NPPA's Input (nppa.org)

After the National Press Photographers Association complained of photographers being harassed by Amtrak police, Amtrak issued a new policy which states: “‘It is the policy of Amtrak that the taking of photographs and/or videos is permitted within public access areas on Amtrak property.”
