Adams Again Delays Decision on FBI Terrorism Task Force (portlandtribune.com)

Although the council had been tentatively scheduled to take the issue up on March 17, on Friday Adams says he had not yet finalized a proposal for consideration. That means the issue could be pushed back for a week or more. No new hearing date has been set.
