“This ACLU Congressional Scorecard evaluated votes by members of Congress on key legislation for most of the 115th Congress. It consists of votes on key legislation affecting civil liberties and civil rights between Jan. 3, 2017 and May 18, 2018. The ACLU produced this document in the spring of 2018, and will soon launch an online scorecard covering the entirety of the 115th Congress and 116th Congress to date. The online scorecard will be updated on a monthly basis.”
