ACLU Vote Recommendation Opposing S. 2146, the “Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act"

This letter, sent on October 16, 2015, urges Senators to oppose the cloture vote on the motion to proceed on the “Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act” (S. 2146). Moreover, the letter also urges Senators to vote no on S.2146, if a vote is scheduled for final passage of the bill.
