Stephen Jansen is a 29-year-old Black man, Milwaukee resident, and recently graduated with Master’s Degree in Public Administration from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Jansen works for Goodwill as a Job Coach, helping individuals seek and maintain employment. In 2016, Stephen was illegally stopped by police officers when walking home from campus after studying for a final exam. He was never issued a citation or charged.
