Stephanie Amiotte is the Legal Director of the ACLU of North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming National Chapter. Stephanie is an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Nation in South Dakota. She specialized in Constitutional law issues, indigent federal criminal defense and has extensive experience handling Indian Child Welfare Act cases while in private practice for 21 years. She is licensed in SD, GA and NC state and federal courts.
