Oscar Sarabia Roman is a Legal Fellow with the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project. Oscar was previously a law clerk to Judge Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, School of Law, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Stanford University.
