ACLU Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project


Noam Shemtov is a paralegal with the ACLU’s Speech, Privacy, & Technology Project. Before joining the ACLU, Noam was a family defense advocate in upper Manhattan and worked with parents and their attorneys to support families’ right to integrity, shorten children’s time in the foster system, and challenge invasive governmental surveillance. As an undergraduate, Noam studied literature and philosophy and was active in the university law school’s human rights clinic.
