Bio

Ming Cheung is an Equal Justice Works Fellow with the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project.  Ming was previously a law clerk to Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Valerie Caproni of the Southern District of New York.  He graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Criminal Justice Institute and the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.  He received a B.A. in Psychology with a secondary in Government from Harvard University.  Ming’s fellowship is co-sponsored by Fish & Richardson, P.C. and Microsoft Corp.
