Sherman is a staff attorney with the ACLU Voting Rights Project in Atlanta, where he works on litigation challenging voter suppression laws, redistricting and election administration issues such as provisional balloting. He has previously worked as an associate with Wilmer Hale LLP in Washington, D.C., and clerked for a U.S. district court judge in L.A. A 2003 graduate of Harvard University and a 2008 graduate of Columbia Law School, he completed internships with the U.S. Senate and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
