Gregory Chambers is a 32-year-old Black man and longtime Milwaukee resident who has been unlawfully stopped by Milwaukee police on three separate occasions. In 2014, two Milwaukee police officers unlawfully stopped Mr. Chambers when he was returning home after dropping his wife off at work. Shortly after he pulled into a gas station, officers stopped him and commented on his “nice car.” He was never issued a charge or citation.
