Bio
David Chen is a Justice Catalyst Fellow at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project. Prior to joining the ACLU, David clerked for the Honorable Goodwin H. Liu of the California Supreme Court and for the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Yale Law School where he was a member of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic.
