Cody Wofsy is a Staff Attorney with the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project. Cody was previously a law clerk to Judge Marsha Berzon of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Myron Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
