Aletheia Henry is an expert in strategy and impact at scale with experience working with progressive non-profits, political advocacy campaigns, and senior leaders to harness organizational strengths and confront institutional threats. Aletheia’s experience as an internal leader includes: six years working for President Obama and the Democratic Party, serving as National Campaign Director at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and as the Director of Education for the Obama Foundation. As a consultant, Aletheia has spent several years coaching teams locally and abroad. Her clients included the Human Rights Campaign, NextGen Climate, the Democracy Defense Coalition, Airbnb, Instacart, and the Hillary Clinton Campaign. As a key leader, consultant, and community organizer, Aletheia ensures the way we win reflects the values we are fighting for. She is a wife, mother, and serious Buckeye fan.
